Riverview Farms cultivates heirloom and non-GMO varieties of white, yellow, and red corn. They produce cornmeal, grits, and polenta by milling the corn on-site. Following the harvest and drying process, they stone-grind the entire kernel. Their products are made from 100% corn, are naturally gluten-free, and do not contain any added pesticides or preservatives to prolong shelf life.
