Beef Shoulder Roast is another cut that can be used as a traditional pot roast. Like a chuck Roast, the shoulder must be cooked slowly and with moist heat. This cut will have a round bone which adds the richness of the marrow to the finished dish.

Our Beef Shoulder Roast is vacuum sealed and sold frozen.
