Icebox variety watermelons were developed to be small enough to fit in your fridge (a.k.a. your icebox). The small, perfectly round, very sweet fruits have deep red flesh and a dark green rind. Watermelon is best enjoyed on a hot summer’s day.

Delano Community Farm is a Mennonite community-run farm. While the farm is not certified organic, it endeavors to grow crops in a safe and responsible manner. The farm utilizes cover crops, barnyard manure, and compost to enrich and sustain the land, and refrains from using herbicides or pesticides.
