Georgia Grinders Organic Toasted Coconut Butter is entirely vegan, paleo & keto! No sugars, flavorings, oils or preservatives are added. Coconut butter is made from whole coconut so it is full of fiber and rich in potassium, phosphorous and magnesium. 

Please note that coconut butter hardens at room temperature.  It's soft and creamy when it's warm, but hard and flaky when it's cool. Hardening doesn't affect the flavor or usefulness of coconut butter and it will soften again when it warms up.  To warm up, place in a water bath or spoon the amount you'd like to use into a microwave safe bowl and reheat for 15 seconds and stir well.  No need to refrigerate after opening.
