We have our processor save all of the available pork fat. The size of each varies so we may assimilate a few packages together to reach a net weight of 4 to 5 pounds. This fat is great for making lard, and the lard making process can even be done in a regular crock pot or oven. Give it a try.
Our Pork Fat is vacuum sealed and sold frozen.
