Beef Cubed steak in its prepared form is often called Country Fried Steak or Chicken Fried Steak. The cut typically comes from the top round or top sirloin, and is tenderized by pounding prior to packaging. Cube Steak is also known as Minute Steak.
Our Beef Cube Steak is vacuum sealed and sold frozen.
